- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Ability and willingness to regularly travel between Shreveport, Waskom, customer locations, and surrounding field operations is required.
What Success Looks Like
You know what’s happening in your operation.
You know your people, understand the work taking place at your locations, and make sure employees have what they need to be successful. Expectations are clear, problems are addressed, and employees know they have a leader they can come to when something needs attention.
You don’t wait for someone else to take ownership of a problem. You gather the information you need, make decisions, communicate, and follow through.
You’ll work alongside other operations leaders as a peer. While each manager has their own operation to lead, collaboration and communication across locations are essential to the success of the company as a whole.
